Gold Guru Necklace
Materials Needed:
4-12mm Crystal Copper Graphic Beads                                  10-2mm Gold Rounds                        
1-20mm Avant Garde Crystal Copper Pendant                        8-5mm Daisy Spacers
4-8mm Rose Rounds                                                                1-10mm Gold Jump Ring
4-8mm Crystal Copper Rounds                                                 2-Gold Crimp Tubes
4-8mm Light Rose AB Rounds                                                  2-Gold Clam Shell Ends
2-6mm Rose Rounds                                                                2-4 ½ “ Pieces of Gold Chain
3-6mm Light Rose AB  Rounds                                                1-Closure
1-Gold Split Rings                                                                    1-Extender
1-Gold Head Pin                                                                       1-12” Piece of Beading Wire

1. Start out by attaching your Jump Ring to your 20mm Avant Garde Pendant.  Make sure to get the Jump Ring
Completely Closed.

2. On the very end of one side of your beading wire, thread on a clam shell end piece as well as a crimp bead.
Crimp your crimp bead at the very end of the wire.  Slide your clam shell over the crimp bead and close your shell
over the crimp by pressing each side of the shell with a pair of chain nose pliers.

3. Thread on your beads as so: 6mm Lt. Rose AB, Gold Round, 6mm Rose, Flat Spacer, Graphic Bead, Flat
Spacer, 8mm Lt Rose AB, Gold Round, 8mm Crystal Copper, Gold Round, 8mm Rose, Flat Spacer, Graphic Bead,
Flat Spacer, 8mm Lt. Rose AB, Gold Spacer, 8mm Crystal Copper, Gold Spacer, 8mm Rose, Pendant.  Repeat
going backwards for second half.

4. Thread on your clam shell and a crimp bead and let them fall to the last bead strung on.  Flatten the crimp and
cut off excess wire.  Close your clam shell as in step 2.

5. Using a 4” piece of chain, attach the last link of chain to one of your clam shell pieces.  Using your round nose
pliers close the hook on the clam shell.  Repeat for the other side of the necklace.

6. On the other end of your chain, attach your closure to one side of the chain and attach the split ring & extender
to the other piece of chain,

7. To finish off necklace use your 6mm Lt. Rose AB on a headpin and attach it to the extender using either a plain
or a wrapped loop.
