You are signing up for the a digital retreat held over Zoom August 28th-30th.
You have two payment options this year.
Option 1: Pay at $75.00 deposit to hold your seat. Your retreat must be paid in full 4 weeks before your retreat. You can pay the balance of your retreat by paying online for the invoice you will be sent, by payment over the phone by calling 828-245-0306, or by mailing a check.
Option 2: Pay in Full for your retreat. If you pay in full and realize you won't be able to attend, you will receive a 75% refund (less the deposit) eight weeks before the retreat. A 50% refund will be issued (less the deposit) six weeks before the reterat. No refund will be given four weeks or less. If you cannot attend, seats are transferable to another individual with permission from Kelly.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR $75 DEPOSIT PAID. IF YOU FIND THAT YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, THE DEPOSIT IS LOST AND CANNOT BE USED FOR FUTURE PURCHASES OR PAYMENTS.
**If your state requires you to pay sales tax on online orders, you will be charged this additional tax fee at checkout**
Retreat Payment includes:
Beads and findings for all three projects
Digital Patterns of each project
Video instructions of each project
Zoom instruction from Kelly for the 3 days of the retreat
Priority Mail Shipping of your kits 2 weeks prior to your retreat. International customers will receive their kits sooner.
Payment also does not include needles, thread, or bead boards. Participants are to bring each of these items with them to class.
This year you also have two pattern choices:
Option 1: Retreat with Digital Patterns - when choosing this option, it means you are choosing to recieve no print copies of the patterns. You will only receive digital copies of the patterns. You will be emailed the patterns three days before your retreat and it will be your responsibility to print them and have them with you or to have them on a device you can look at digitally.
Option 2: Retreat with both Print & Digital Patterns - when choosing this option, it means you will receive both Digital Patterns & Print Copies of each project. You will be emailed the patterns three days before your retreat and you will also receive print patterns in your retreat box.
Once I have all participants registered I will send you out color choices. You will need to choose one color option for each project. This is also the time pre-order additional kits you'd like other color ways of projects.
By signing up you agree to the following terms:
At the retreat, if you are rude to a fellow participant or instructors, or you are disruptive to the class in a negative way, you will be blocked from attending the rest of the session. You will receive no refund for classes missed and you will not have the option of loggng back into the retreat. You will also not be invited back to attand furture retreats.
You will be respectful to other participants, instructors, and assistants.
You agree to the payment terms listed above.
You agree not to share retreat patterns with others or online.
You understand that this retreat is held over Zoom and that you must be proficient in using Zoom to participate in the retreat.
Each day of the retreat we will be meeting via Zoom at 9:00 am Eastern. We will work from 9-11:30 on that days project. We will break for lunch from 11:30-12:00. We will start back at 12:00 and will end the day at 3:00 pm or earlier if so needed.
