The dates for this years retreat are as follows:
May 23rd-25th (In store) 
June 6th-8th (In store) 
June 27th-29th (In store) 
July 18th-20th (In store) 
July 25th-27th (Knoxville Retreat Group) 
August 8-10th (Digital) 
August 29th-31st (Digital) 
September 12th-14th (In store)
 
 
I tried to take your critiques and feed back from last years retreat to heart so this years retreats will look a little different. 
 
There will be two  different retreat options/costs this year:
1. Retreat with Digital patterns $325.00
This means you will receive NO printed patterns. You will be emailed patterns three days before the retreat and it is your responsibility to either print them and bring them with you or have them on a device that you can look at digitally. 
2. Retreat with Digital & Printed Patterns $355.00
This means you will be emailed patterns three days before the retreat + you will receive print copies either at the retreat or in your retreat box (if taking a digital retreat)
 

You have two payment options this year. 

Option 1: Pay at $75.00 deposit to hold your seat. Your retreat must be paid in full 4 weeks before your retreat. You can pay the balance of your retreat by paying online for the invoice you will be sent, by payment over the phone by calling 828-245-0306, or by mailing a check.

Option 2: Pay in Full for your retreat. If you pay in full and realize you won't be able to attend, you will receive a 75% refund (less the deposit) eight weeks before the retreat. A 50% refund will be issued (less the deposit) six weeks before the retreat. No refund will be given four weeks or less. If you cannot attend, seats are transferable to another individual with permission from Kelly.

**If your state requires you to pay sales tax on online orders, you will be charged this additional tax fee at checkout**

Retreat Payment includes:

Beads and findings for all three projects

Snacks & Bottled Water (not included with digital retreats)

Digital Patterns of each project

Video instructions of each project

Assistance of Kelly and Assistant at the retreat

What is not included: meals and hotel stays

 This year's retreat kits will not include needles, thread, or bead boards. Feedback from last year's retreat was that many of you have your favorite threads and only like to use those threads. So that some of you won’t have to use thread you don’t like, I made the decision not to include needles and thread in the kits. I also did a poll on the retreat Facebook page and it was a unanimous vote not to include the boards. If you wish to get a board I will have Bead Wrangler Bead Boards available to pre-order. 
 
As retreats draw closer I will be emailing you a list of threads and needle sizes I used on the projects and you can choose which you’d like to use/bring. I will also remind you of this information when I email each group their “need to know” info.

Before you complete your order for your chosen retreat, please make sure to read the retreat details on item description. The terms of this years retreat will be listed there. Once you complete your order you are signaling to me that you have read the terms and that you agree to them. I will not be requiring you to send me in any paperwork this year so make sure you read the terms carefully. 
 
Once I have everyone signed up and all spots filled, I will send out your colors choices for each project. You will then be able to choose which color choices you’d like for each project. When I send ANY retreat information that the entire group needs to know (such as color choices), I will email the entire group and I will post it on the group Facebook Page. Please make sure you have offthebeadedpath@me.com added to your contact list to your emails don’t get lost in your spam folder.
