Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns in exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in original condition. Items not sent in these conditions will not be returned for credit.

Please include the original packing sheet with the order, which has your name, address, contact information, and order number. You must let us know that you are returning the package by emailing us at off_the_beaded_path@yahoo.com
For any returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR DIGITAL PURCHASES.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Once your order has been placed our shipping department, aka Sammy, tries his best to get the order shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please understand that no system is perfect and that sometimes our system my allow us to oversell an item. If this is ever the case we will try to contact you with a refund or replacement option. Your response time will alter how quickly we get your item shipped.
We ship all our packages by the United States Postal Service. Most domestic packages arrive within 1-4 business days. International packages can take anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks to arrive. We have no authority over the postal service or when they choose to deliver packages. We do all we can to get packages out in a timely manner so you can receive your package as quickly as possible.
