By signing up for this digital retreat, you acknowledge that this is a digital zoom retreat and not an in-store retreat. You also acknowledge that you are paying a non-refundable $75 deposit to hold your seat. Again, this deposit is non-refundable. You will have until July 13th to pay for your retreat in full. If you only pay the deposit, Kelly will send you a PayPal invoice for the retreat balance.
This year, you get two options for retreat. Option one is to purchase kits from me. The cost of your kits is figured into your retreat price. The second option is to supply your own materials for the retreat. If you choose to bring your own materials, you acknowledge that you are supplying ALL your materials. Kelly will not be supplying portions of kits for you. Kelly will send you a full materials list by the middle of February if you choose to bring your own materials.
How digital retreats work:
Two weeks prior to your retreat we will be mailing your beading kits, printed instructions (if ordered), and your additional supplies via USPS Priority Mail. For International participants we will be shipping your boxes earlier. Digital patterns will also be emailed at the time of shipping. If you chose the digital pattern option it is your responsibility to have a printed copy available to look at or a digital source to look at and follow along with. It is also up to you to have a bead board, thread, and needles as these items are not included in the kits this year. For this year's retreat here are thread and needle sizes I suggest:
Size 10, and size 11 or 12 beading needles
Your favorite .006 thread or thinner. This can be a 6lb FireLine, Size 6 Dragon Thread, .006 WildFire, One G, KO, etc.
I will be sending out the zoom link on the Wednesday before your retreat. I will then re-send on Thursday morning along with the video for the project we will be working on that day. At the end of the day I will be emailing you a new link for the following day. And then we will follow the same process for the following two days of retreats. I will be sending the information from offthebeadedpath@me.com or offthebeadepath@icloud.com Please make sure to have these two address in your computers address book so that you will receive the emails and they will not go into your spam folder.
Each of the days I will be logging onto zoom around 8:45 am Eastern. We will start promptly at 9:00 am. We will work from 9:00-11:30, and then we will break for lunch. Our lunch break will be from 11:30-12:00 pm. We will then start back and work from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm. At 3:00 pm we will dismiss for the day. Depending on the project, we may run a few minutes early or later than the allowed time.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be on time each day. It’s not fair to the other participants if you come in late, and we have to stop to catch you up. If you see that you will be more than 30 minutes late for class, please wait and come to the afternoon session so we can get you started without disrupting the class.
If you find that you are unable to attend the retreat on one or more days, or you have to log off early, please know that you do not have to let me know. But, also, please be aware that by missing some of the retreat, you may miss tips or tricks about some of the projects that won’t be listed on your pattern or in the video.

****Please note**** You will be required to keep your zoom camera on at all times during the retreat. You are only paying for yourself. If I see others beading with you that have not registered for the retreat, you will forfeit your right to join in the zoom sessions for the remainder of the retreat.
