By signing up for this in-store retreat, you acknowledge that this is an in-store retreat at Off the Beaded Path and not a Zoom retreat. You also acknowledge that you are paying a non-refundable $75 deposit to hold your seat. Again, this deposit is non-refundable. You will have until May 4th to pay for your retreat in full. If you only pay the deposit, Kelly will send you a PayPal invoice for the retreat balance.
This year, you get two options for retreat. Option one is that you will purchase kits from me. The cost of your kits is figured into your retreat price. The second option is to supply your own materials for the retreat. If you choose to bring your own materials, you acknowledge that you are supplying ALL your materials. Kelly will not be supplying portions of kits for you. Kelly will send a full materials list to you my the middle of February if you choose to bring your own materials.

When you arrive on the first day, you will receive your beading kits, printed instructions (if ordered), and your additional supplies. Remember, it is up to you to bring a bead board, thread, needles, and magnification or light assistance you may need. We will have plenty of extension cords to use. It is also your responsibility to bring printed copies of your pattern or a device to view your digital patterns (if you chose digital patterns). For this year's retreats, here are the thread and needle sizes I suggest:
Size 10, and size 11 or 12 Needles
Your favorite .006 thread or thinner. This can be a 6lb FireLine, Size 6 Dragon Thread, .006 WildFire, One G, KO, etc.
Each morning of the retreat I will be emailing you a video of the project we will be doing for that day.
Each of the days I will be getting to the store around 8:30 am and you are welcome to come in and grab your seat anytime between 8:30-9:00. We will start promptly at 9:00am. We will work from 9:00-11:30 and then we will break for lunch. Our lunch break will be from 11:30-1:00pm. We will then start back and work from 1:00 pm-4:00pm. At 4:00 pm we will dismiss for the day. It is completely fine with me if you wish to leave earlier than 4pm.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be on time each day. It’s not fair to all the other participants if you come in late and we have to stop to get you caught up. If you see that you are going to be more than 30 minutes late for class, please wait and come to the afternoon session so we can get you stated without disrupting the class.
During your lunch break, you will find lots of restaurants right at the shop. On the first day of the retreat, I will be giving you a list of all the restaurants so you will know exactly what is around. I or my retreat assistant, Sandi, will be at the shop during lunch each day. You are welcome to stay during lunch or go get your food and bring it back. If you bring your lunch with you, please note that we only have a small college-size dorm refrigerator this year, so there won’t be much room for extra food storage. Sandi and I will be taking a 30-minute lunch break.
During the retreat, I will be supplying bottled water/coffee, and snacks. I have some great snacks for the retreat and I have some surprise snacks lined up as well.
