Fall is one of those seasons that just begs for new beadwork! The warm oranges, rich greens, shimmering golds, and cozy autumn colors give us so much inspiration. With pumpkin season right around the corner, I knew I wanted to create something fun and festive—and the Pumpkin Patch Earrings were born!

These earrings have everything I love about a fall project: beautiful autumn colors, lots of texture, a little sparkle, and, of course, pumpkins!

Meet the Pumpkin Patch Earrings

The Pumpkin Patch Earrings feature a beautiful round focal surrounded by layers of orange and metallic seed beads. I added a little cluster of green beads along the top to give the design that unmistakable pumpkin look.

But I couldn't stop there!

The top of the earring has its own decorative beadwork with rich bronze tones and sparkling crystals. It gives the earrings just enough extra detail without taking attention away from that gorgeous pumpkin focal.

These earrings are incredibly wearable. Pair them with jeans and a cozy sweater, wear them to a fall festival, or pull them out for Thanksgiving dinner.

And don't feel like you have to use the exact colors I did! That's half the fun of beading.

Try a deep burnt orange pumpkin with antique gold accents, make a creamy white pumpkin with gold and sage green, or go completely wild and create a purple pumpkin. There are no pumpkin police in the bead room!
